At Dare to Dream Financial Planning, we show female entrepreneurs of color who earn between $200,000 and $4 million per year how to structure their personal and business finances for impact, flexibility, and to build wealth. We show them how to become financial powerhouses whose impact will carry through generations.
Our goal is to help create 10,000 multimillionaires in order to shift the inequitable dynamics of our society. We strive to help women of color reclaim the agency they deserve but has been robbed from them by scarcity and the systemic inaccessibility of information.
Our team takes these action and purpose-driven entrepreneurs from a confused, overwhelmed, and uninformed position to an inspired, intentional, financially nimble powerhouse.
The result is impactful, intentional wealth and unshakeable abundance that can weather whatever storm or opportunity may come
Intentional Creation– Women and People of Color have lived life based upon society’s limitations for entirely too long. It’s our time to reclaim our agency and to intentionally, thoughtfully craft the life we want to live and the impact we want to have.
Personal Responsibility- It is up to us to craft and create the lives we want to lead. We recognize external forces, but also know that the buck of our lives stops with us as individual creators of our life.
Authenticity- We each have the right to show up as our true, authentic selves whether that is palatable to others or not. It is not our job to please people or make ourselves small to fit anyone’s idea of who or how we should be.
Abundance- We have a right to live abundantly- in time, financial resources, love and joy. Times of scarcity and fear-based life decisions are no more. We live boldly and choose to show up as our full selves.
Community- we are not seeds cast into the wind. We are lovingly planted in rich fertile soil of family, friends and culture. We cannot forget where we come from and act as if we have done it all on our own. We acknowledge the collective and ancestral contributions to our success, and act accordingly by paying those efforts forward to our chosen tribe.
Self-Determination- We have the right to become, live, act in our life according to our internal compass. We will no longer live lives determined by society’s, friends’, family’s, or our partners’ desires for us. We live intentionally for self while also joyfully pouring into our community.
